Job Description    Lead and manage implementation of the Integrated Management System (IMS) within ADAC AGL in compliance with
ISO standards (9001:2015, 14001 & 45001) and GCAA Car Part IX standards in compliance with CAT IIIB requirements.
• Schedule, conduct and administer the Operations and Safety Internal Audits (OSIA) of all AGL departments across
the ADAC AGL contracts to ensure compliance and conformity with national, international and internal regulatory
requirements
• Act as the point of contact for all external audits (GCAA, ISO and company audits) to facilitate the end to end audit
process as well as to align all AGL related maintenance, work orders and MIS reports to GCAA & ICAO compliance.
• Address any audit findings / observations to ensure corrective / preventive actions are taken within the given
timeframes
• Manage the GCAA audit reports on behalf of the ADAC AGL contract to ensure corrective / preventive actions
from GCAA audit reports are taken and recorded
• Manage all the ADAC reports, photometric reports on behalf of ADAC AGL contract to ensure upload of GCAA CAR mandated
documents for approval by the regulator
• Collate and review the necessary documentation to ensure all CAAP 25 and CAAP 41 approval applications are
comprehensively prepared and submitted to GCAA via eServices
• Prepare and submit all AGL unit expositions to the GCAA for approval
• Establish and oversee the delivery of AGL customer satisfaction surveys to ensure customer feedback on the quality
of the ANS product is obtained and analysed in an objective manner
• Liaise with the respective AGL departments to ensure all customer complaints are investigated, recorded and
followed up
• To represent ADAC AGL and GAL ANS at industry events, customer meetings, discussions etc. as required to provide
subject matter expertise on IMS, compliance and regulatory related matters
• Stay abreast of industry developments and changes in GCAA, ICAO rules, laws , regulations, standards and
recommended practices and ensure any changes to are properly communicated across the training department
• Safety responsibilities and accountabilities of this position are detailed in the Safety Management Manual of the
organization. The Job holder is required to maintain awareness and knowledge in relation to their safety
responsibilities associated with their job function
Qualification    Educational Qualification:
• Bachelor’s degree required
• Master’s degree preferred
Professional Certifications:
• ISO 9001:2008 Lead Auditor accreditation
• Integrated Management System (QMS / SMS and OHS) course certification preferred
• ICAO Level 4 English language proficiency
Experience    Experience:
• 10 years’ experience in a similar role
Special Technical Skills:
• Thorough Knowledge of GCAA CAR Part IX, ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO14001 preferred
• AGL GCAA regulatory knowledge and experience with related to CAT IIIB operations.
• Extensive knowledge of photometric reports for CAT IIIB operations.
